Can interviewers see MeetCoach?
On macOS, MeetCoach runs in full stealth mode — the overlay is excluded from screen capture APIs and won't appear when you share your screen. Audio capture is also invisible to other participants. On Linux, the overlay will be visible if you share your full screen, and audio capture may show in the system mixer. No meeting bots ever join your calls on any platform.
How does MeetCoach listen to my meetings?
The desktop app captures your microphone and system audio directly through your OS. The Chrome extension captures tab audio and your mic in the browser. Both stream audio in real time for transcription — no meeting bots join your calls.
Can I practice interviews before the real thing?
Yes. MeetCoach has a voice-powered AI practice mode. Choose a role, paste the job description, and practice with an AI interviewer that asks realistic questions and gives feedback on your answers. Available on Starter and Pro plans.
Is my audio stored anywhere?
Real-time audio is streamed for transcription and discarded immediately — it never hits disk on our servers. Post-session recordings are optionally uploaded (encrypted) for high-quality batch transcription and stored in your private account.
Can I use it for job interviews?
That's the most popular use case. Upload your resume once — it's automatically used in every session. Paste the job description as meeting context before the call, and you'll get interview-specific coaching tips tailored to your background and the role.
What languages are supported?
52 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese), Arabic, Korean, Portuguese, and many more. Auto-detect mode covers the 10 most common languages automatically.
What is coaching memory?
MeetCoach learns from every session. After each meeting, it extracts your strengths, improvement areas, and behavioral patterns. Future coaching tips reference what you've already worked on, so advice gets more personalized over time.
What AI powers the coaching?
Gemini Flash for real-time coaching (fast, contextual tips) and Deepgram Nova-3 for speech-to-text (industry-leading accuracy with speaker diarization). Both optimized for low latency.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel or change your plan from the app at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period with no proration penalties.
