How does MeetCoach listen to my meetings?

MeetCoach captures your microphone and system audio directly through PulseAudio. It runs as a native desktop app alongside your video conferencing tool — no browser extensions, no meeting bots, no screen sharing required.

Is my audio stored anywhere?

Real-time audio is streamed for transcription and discarded immediately — it never hits disk on our servers. Post-session recordings are optionally uploaded (encrypted) for high-quality batch transcription and stored in your private Supabase account.

What platforms are supported?

Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, Mint) is fully supported today with a .deb installer. Windows and macOS builds are in progress and coming soon via auto-updating installers.

Can I use it for job interviews?

That's one of the most popular use cases. Upload the job description and your resume as meeting context before the call — you'll get interview-specific coaching tips like suggested answers, key points to mention, and communication improvements.

What AI powers the coaching?
